Learn how to make solid lotion bars! Hand creams are great, but sometimes we all need a little extra protection from the elements. With a solid lotion bar, you can have both. Learn which oils are best for your skin, what butters (like cocoa butter) have the most nourisment and which waxes will protect you skin. You'll have many choices along with essential oils to make your very own csutomized bar. You'll get to take home a lotion bar that will be about 2.5 ounces. At the end of the class we'll take a walk around to see which kinds of wild plants can be used as well as all the herbs that Painter's sells that will work in your lotion bar.
